Michelle Guerrero has made exercise and strength training fun for me. Believe me, it wasn't that way in the beginning! I have been totally out of shape for about 4 years due to family situation, moving and then. .. knee replacement surgery! As soon as the Orthopedic Dr released me to normal activity I knew I wanted to increase my stamina and energy levels again. . .and its been pretty fun and productive. Michelle researches good exercises for calf and thigh muscles so that my knee gets stronger as well as other great routines to increase heart rate to burn more calories! She is maintaining professional growth by researching exercises, nutritional information, diet and energy tips- and she shares it all through her blog and other newsletters. I am impressed and happy with Michelle! She has encouraged me to continue and go for just ‘one more rep’ but does not push too much. We have been working for 9 months - all good! She's fun and has a great happy personality too! --
