When I met Jim he was living in a group home nearly bed ridden. He was able to sit in a wheelchair only with the help of a caregiver lifting him from the bed to the chair.
When I started working with him he could barely sit on the edge of the bed without assistance due to lack of balance. To make a long story short when he was finally able to move out of the group home and out of state to his daughters house he was able to walk a mile with his walker.
Jim's incredible recovery and progress was solely on his will and desire to get better. He worked hard on the days I did not see him by doing all of the exercises I suggested. To see his whole story check out my website.
