When I first met William, I was 150 lbs. My goals were to put on muscle and minimize fat-gain, but what I got was much more! In training with William, I acquired the concepts of weight-training and bodybuilding to guide me through for a lifetime. William taught me the invaluable lessons in technique, program development, and appropriate nutrition. I'm currently weighing in at 200lbs and I'm looking forward to gaining some more!
