I’ve been working with Michelle for about two months now and I absolutely love having her as my trainer. When I started with Michelle I told her my goals were to improve my health, improve my fitness and to lose weight. I am happy to say that I am well on my way to achieving all three goals. I have worked with other trainers before and have no complaints; however, there is a difference in Michelle’s
approach that works well for me and keeps me coming back for more. First of all she is very pleasant and always has a positive demeanor. She puts me at ease and makes me feel like I can achieve what I feel is the impossible. I’m always amazed when I come back for follow up sessions and am doing
moves I couldn’t do before or lifting weights that just a few sessions before were out of the question. Secondly, I love her attention to detail and appreciate the fact that she watches and corrects my form. I’m learning that correct form is very important to getting the most out of the exercise and to avoiding injury. Michelle always explains the move I am about to do, pointing out what area it will be impacting, then goes on to do the move herself so I know how it’s suppose to look. This approach is very helpful for me. Lastly, it is clear that Michelle enjoys helping others achieve their goals. At the end of each session I get the feeling that she is more excited than I am about my accomplishments. It feels good to know someone is rooting for you. Simply put, Michelle is a great trainer and it’s a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with her. Thanks Michelle!
