Ina was so unhappy with her body and how she felt. No energy, no confidence, overwhelmed with figuring out how to create sustainable habits that would become her lifestyle. We met via a mutual contact on social media and clicked immediately. I became Ina's online coach and she also attended my virtual classes. She now has a solid plan for meal prepping/planning, has an exercise routine in place that is manageable, and is working on an incredible mindset shift to help her heal past wounds that were causing her to become an emotional eater. She has not missed a workout since working with me and is sticking to her meal plan and journaling!
