Mike's Success Story

Prior to starting his training program, Mikes usual breakfast consisted of a large cup of coffee and a cigar. After going through simple movement exercises to assess his mobility, balance and ROM he momentarily passed out and had major leg DOMS for several days after. Fast forward he has improved cardiovascular endurance, increased muscle strength and endurance and improved ROM and flexibility. He is also participating in Spin classes, (some times 2 a days) Due to a loss of 50 pounds Mike has had to get a new wardrobe! BTW, Mike is 70!
