William's Success Story

29 year old, male former collegiate rower, now overweight and out of shape. Over a six-week period, I developed a weight-training program where I added in rounds of HIIT drills. I coached him on ways to improve intake by making small realistic changes he could live with. He worked out with me 2x a week and followed a very similar workout plan 3x a week. He lost 15lbs and his waist went down nearly 10inches. The athlete in him reemerged!
