Carla's Success Story

Carla started training Oct. 30, 2013 weighing 203lbs with her body fat at 40.10%. She was addicted to fast food to the point where she would go through the drive-thru at McDonalds and get 3 fish sandwiches and eat them in the parking lot then throw the bag away before she went home. Her goal was to look fabulous at 50 and that she has! As of September 16, 2014 she weights 181lbs with a body fat of 26.86%. She now doesn't even look at the fast food restaurants as she drives by them and gets to the gym at 4:30am every day to get her workout in before work.
