I haven’t had a great deal of time to spend with Ryan doing personal training at the gym, but in those few sessions we did have, he was able to really open my eyes to my level of fitness through a a very useful, multi-dimensional approach. He made me conscious of my strength, technique, stamina, and flexibility and once I tapped into that self-awareness, he guided me onto the start of a path towards improvement. During the workout, he was very patient with me yet did not allow me to give up. With each exercise, he was constantly providing me with positive feedback, teaching me the “optimally effective way” and occasionally made me laugh allowing me to enjoy the workout even more. He also gave me a plethora of advice on how to improve my diet, displacing all the myths I previously thought true. Thanks to Ryan, I now have a roadmap to converting my lifestyle into a healthier and happier one.
