My journey began in April as I finally made the commitment to work with a trainer. I have been working out with Phil Holbrook twice a week and feeling better overall about myself and my health. Phil has provided me guidance in my overall fitness and nutrition to help me get the best results possible. I have always worked out but inconsistently and now I have become more focused on how good nutrition can play an important role to my fitness goals. Although I have lost 10 pounds, I have not reached my ultimate goals, but I have increased my strength, energy, and endurance. I was at a point in my life where I knew I had to make a change for the better and get serious with my exercise program before my weight spun out of control. This is just the beginning as I continue down this road in making my fitness goals reality with the help of Phil.
