Do you ever go to the gym and don’t know where to begin? I can custom design a workout program for you with specifics on which exercises to do on what days, the correct order of exercises, proper number of sets and reps, and help you understand when to do heavy weight vs. light weights. I will instruct you on all exercises with proper form, keeping in mind your safety comes first.
My name is Zan Brazil. I am a certified personal trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine and I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I graduated with honors from The National Personal Training Institute in Lakewood, CO in 2012. I have always been passionate about physical fitness, sports, and the outdoors; and I love being a personal trainer!
I am a big believer in functional fitness. I believe your training program should give you the ability to enhance the life you enjoy. In the last seven years I have worked with clients of varying ages and skill levels. I also have experience with many small groups, family groups, and Silver Sneakers groups. I have helped a wide variety of clients, with conditions such as: Depression, PMDD, Anxiety, Menopause, Older adults - (maintain/ improve ADL’s), COPD, Hypertension, Metabolic syndrome, Overweight/ Obesity, Fibromyalgia, HIV, arthritis, and Osteoporosis.
