I provide individual, partner, small group, as well as team training for a variety of goals but my main priority is to get people moving freely and with much more ease then before - then add some strength and power to that foundation while delivering quality nutrition guidance. Nothing is worse than sitting on the sidelines because you can't, or think you can't, do something.

My training started with assisting weight loss clients and nutrition education early on then progressed to working with athletes as well as elderly clients, or as I like to say "seasoned clients" since some of my older-aged clients can still lay down the law when needed.

I received my undergraduate degree from Grand Canyon University in 2011 and have constantly pursued ongoing education through formal and informal means and look to constantly be in pursuit of my best. I have several certifications (NASM, CSCS, Pn1, FMS, blah blah etc.) but what matters is that I can get the job done with you - notice how I said "with" and not "for". I will provide the tools that you need so that you can best execute the steps needed in order to achieve your goal.

As a two-time cancer survivor, a former collegiate athlete, and current athlete of life, I can honestly say that nothing can hold you back but yourself. If you want something, step over your fears and get going on what you want and hopefully I get the chance in assisting you in the pursuit. Cheers

Coming from a big gym and having worked with trainers before, I gotta say Zach is top notch. He's helped me with my nutrition, which I thought was good but he gave me guidance that was specific to me and it changed things around and got me more on point. I've lost body fat and have gained strength in a few months and I'm not by any means new to resistance training. Even though my athletic days are long behind me I feel like he's gotten me close to recapturing my youth ability and I'm on the wrong side of 30. Had a chance to see him with some athletes that he trains after one of my sessions and he's got a real passion for this. Look forward to working with him more.

Hello I'm a 43 year old female. Zac has been a great help in numerous ways. First he started me on a workout that was feasible to my schedule and ability. As months went on he continuously changed my workouts so that I wouldn't become bored and quit. These workouts got me very toned and gave me tons of energy of which had started to decrease now in my 40s. Additionally he has been a tremendous help in more specific issues such as leg craps (for which he showed me specific stretches which I can't thank him enough for) and he guided me to the proper equipment that aided to my workouts having carpal tunnel. Most recently I took my 12 year old daughter to Zac to see if he could help her strengthen her ankle. She plays volleyball and basketball and was constantly twisting one of her ankles. Her pediatrician observed her but he didn't see anything to be worried about. Zac gave her a more detailed observation and noticed she wasn't planting her foot correctly and pointed out how one foot/ankle was stronger than the other. He recommended a few stretching and toning exercises which showed improvement within just a few days. My daughter and I are so relieved and grateful for having gone to Zac and would highly recommend him.

I am an 18 year old mens soccer college athlete and I have been training with Zach for the past 10 months. I was struggling with my weight and no matter what I tried, it never worked. It wasn't until I started training with Zach that things started to change. I started out at 225 pounds and had correctional issues as well as severe back pain. With the help of Zach, he helped me drop to 175 pounds, more flexible, and no back pain at all. If you follow Zach's directions and programs, I guarantee he will help you reach whatever your goal may be. I highly recommend training with Zach for numerous reasons. Zach is extremely responsible, trustworthy, dedicated, and cares about you. He supports you 100% and makes sure you achieve your goal. He wants the best for you and out of you and trust me, all of the hard workouts pay off. Zach is educated in basically everything from nutrition, to what kind of workouts to do, how to do the exercise and the body movement. Zach has definitely changed my life and I urge anyone to contact him. I trust Zach with everything, and if it wasn't for him, I would still be overweight with pain and I would not be playing college soccer in California right now.

I am 32 yrs old and have been training with Zac for almost three yrs when i first started i was over 425 pounds going up I had tried other forms of weight loss and had failed at each one and I wasn't to fond of trainers as they all seemed to paint a grim future for me if i didn't sign up with them right away when i went to the gym. Zac is different he actually cares more about you seeing results than about making money his workouts are great they are challenging and motivating as a lot of times you do things you think your not able to do. I am now down to 219 have a ton more energy enjoy to run and am planning to do the Pf Changs half marathon in 2013. Zac is a great trainer he is really there for you and if you are serious about getting in shape he will get you there for sure.

I am a 64 year old woman, and I have been training with Zachary over the last two winters. I have gotten into great shape, and have ultimately lost 30 pounds. We are away from Arizona during the summer months, so my time is limited to 6 to 8 months for training.
Zachary is well trained in cardio and physiology, and he keeps me motivated to work out with varying routines that he has created especially for my physical needs. He encourages me to go faster, and further, to reach my goals and accomplish what we set out for me to do. He keeps charts to follow my progress, and has helped me to keep on track as I gained my core strength and balance.
Zachary has educated me on what foods are better to eat, when to eat them, and has helped me to create life-style changes, which has kept me on track with nutrition and exercise.
I encourage anyone to contact Zachary, and discuss their individual needs with him. His rates are fair, and reasonable, and he gives 110% of himself.
