    I started reformer pilates under Yogi's supervision when my baby was 2 month old. Purpose was solely to get back in shape and loose weight. When I started training with Yogi I realized that loosing weight was not as important as strengthening my core muscles after what they had been through during 2 child births. I was in town only for a month and could only do 12 sessions with Yogi.
    The first session was an eye opener for me. I realized that despite being a gym regular for 5 years my muscles were not in a great shape. In the 3rd session I was able to stretch my body beyond comfort zones, by 5 or 6th session I was able to control and engage particular muscles in specific exercises, by 8th session I noticed a more toned abdomen, curved sides, toned back and a better posture and this only got better with the weeks.
    I owe this to Yogi's training, subject matter knowledge, taking personal interest in his trainees, thoroughness, hard work and the ability to make his trainees work harder. He has a long way to go in this line of profession. Best of luck.

    Yogy is a very good Pilates (and Hindi) trainer. He produced relief of my already three years enduring back pain and got me small lovely aches at belly, legs and ass twice a week.
    I discovered my body new and got to know where God planned having muscles.

    I can really recommend Yogender and his training and look forward to see him once more. Next time with a stronger back (after continuing this exercises).

    Yogender has been my pilates trainer for past 6 months. He is very forcussed and dedicated to his work. Hé never compromises on the quality of training/ workouts. He is a simple person with a very sincere and honest approach towards his profession. For him, the clients' fitness goals are his own and he takes equal pleasure in acheiving them. I wish him all the best for all his future endeavours. With the kind of positivity he carries, I m sure he wud attain great success in life.

    Yogender has been my Pilates trainer. His thorough subject knowledge is impressive. Helped me get rid of a persistent shoulder pain in just a few classes.
    Extremely focussed, a hard taskmaster, yet is very soft spoken.
