I am a retired Navy Supply Corps Captain and have been involved in the fitness industry for 30 years. Serving 4 tours on board USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) and USS Harry W. Hill (DD 963) I rebuilt 4 separate gym facilities to allow the crew to have workout facilities 24/7. After retiring, I became ACE and NASM certified. I also specialized in nutrition management training form American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN). I specialize in one-on-one and small group training functional training. Using the latest equipment available, sessions emphasize balance, stretching, aerobic capacity, core and strength training and nutrition management. Clients are assessed on a regular basis to ensure improvement is being made based on their goals and objectives. Training is meant to be fun, and I am in constant contact with my clients during the week. My client base is 35 through 70.

    Wil Gorrie is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. His knowlege of the latest in exerercise / conditioning / fitness.. and overall getting you to have a balanced healthier lifestyle is outstanding. He continues to educated himself so he can always give you the most up to date fitness plan to keep you at your best. His gym is the best gym around town...totally clean with a great environment with surround sound, flat screen tvs...I would highly recommend Wil for anyone who wants to get into shape and to be motivated to get to the next level. Wil is the best !!!

    Wil is an amazing instructor. I too am a retired Naval officer. I never served with Wil nor did I ever serve on Kitty Hawk, but we will always be "shipmates" because of our common Naval history. I highly recommend Wil as a personal trainer.

    Wil has changed my life. He's exactly what I needed. He adjusts your workout to fit your age and degree of fitness. He pushes but doesn't bully. He makes the workout fun. I've been working with him for three years and I feel better than I have in years.

    Wil has been my personal trainer for the last 5 years. I stick with the weekly trainings because he makes my time spent each week fun. The hour and a half goes by so quickly and I learn something new every time I'm in his gym. I have been able to reduce the number of injuries I have from other sports by working out with Wil. He is very understanding and has worked with me to come back after breaks from snow boarding so that I did not get too far behind in my training schedule. All I can say is he's the best!! Barbara G.
