I like educating and introducing people to workouts that are more functional. I show them how to use resistance bands and cords, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other pieces of (gym) equipment in a manner that often mirrors what they do in their daily routine. I believe everyone should have a good idea of how they can push their body safely when exercising. I encourage my clients to learn and I enjoy watching how they self-correct and gain confidence as they acquire knowledge in how to correctly load and move their body in attaining more strength and flexibility.
