I believe that health is much more that a status, it's a lifestyle. It's not a one size fits all nor is it, All or Nothing. Fitness is forever evolving and what is most important is that we are taking responsibility for our health with one healthy action at a time. I have been a Fitness Coach for almost 8 years and I have worked with numerous clients from all walks of life. I have learned so much from what works and what does not. It is my passion to help you figure out what will work and allow you to live the healthiest and fittest life possible!

I worked with Victoria as my personal trainer for about a year. We met twice a week for the most part. She was always prepared to provide the best instruction for the maximum amount of work we could accomplish in that hour. I was inspired by her approach to my fitness goals and was encouraged to also be physical on days I was not training with her. She specifically informed me of the goal for each fitness task we performed and the variety made it anything but routine. In addition to encouraging me in strength training and balance, she also advised me about nutrition, and I lost 30 pounds within the year.
She was always available for questions and concerns responding promptly and encouraging me in my efforts. She made a difference in my life. It would be a long run from Texas to Florida but if I thought I could do it I would, just to work with her again.

I am a 70 + year old woman that has had a lot of problems with arthritis, knees and hips. For the last month and a half I have been working with Victoria and not only do I feel better.
She is a friendly, caring, patient and very responsible trainer. Even though I can't do a lot of things she is always very encouraging. She modifies exercises to my particular needs and I plan to keep going to her as long as I can. I feel energized after I have a session with her. She is great!
