    At 51, I ran a marathon! I went from 0 – 26.2 thanks to Vicki.
Running a marathon was not something I had ever aspired to do, until Vicki suggested I could. In fact, until I started training with Vicki, I had never run any type of organized race.
As our training started, I was certain I was in over my head. I was both a non-runner and the oldest in our group by many years. Vicki was aware of my concerns and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with every aspect of the training program. From the start, she invested in my results. She celebrated with me as my mileage increased, and when I started to get discouraged, she joined me at 4:30 AM for my short runs. She also cross-trained with me and added many fun events into our overall program to keep everyone motivated. She regularly checked on my well-being and never wavered in her belief that I could do this. Thanks to Vicki, I crossed the finish line and haven’t looked back.
Vicki’s influence has now inspired my husband to start running. We have a goal to complete one race per month for the next year. After that who knows, anything is possible!

I first met Vicki during one of her yoga classes in Everett Washington. My husband and I had just recently moved to WA state and I was having difficulty completing some outdoor hikes due to losing a lot of muscle tone from a surgery the year before. I wanted to ease my way back into fitness so that I could enjoy all that the area had to offer.

Once I felt comfortable with the yoga class, Vicki soon convinced me to try some of her other classes. Now I was attending several classes a week, from spin class to more cross fit type classes. A few months later, Vicki suggested I run a half marathon and join up with her Marathon training group outside of base classes. I hadn't run in a long time, but Vicki believed I could do it, even when I wasn't sure myself. She made a training plan, and so it began. I developed a few knee issues, but Vicki modified the plan, and in just a few months I was able to finish my first half marathon.

Vicki truly believes in your abilities, she listens to your concerns and works with you in a friendly manner that makes her an amazing coach. Her dedication to her own fitness goals is so inspiring. Everyone who meets her is inspired to push themselves to do more than they thought they could ever do. Even though Vicki and I no longer live close enough to continue training, she is now writing up a new running plan so that I can complete one of my bucket list dreams of running a full marathon this fall. I still love yoga as well, and hope to complete yoga teacher training very soon.

I first met Vicki on a group hike and we struck up a conversation about running and exercise in general. We signed up for some trail runs and during one of those events we talked about signing up for a full marathon. I had never done a full marathon before, but it had always been at the back of my mind as a goal to shoot for. With Vicki’s encouragement there was soon a group of us all signed up and training for our first full marathon. She carefully planned and organized runs for us which built camaraderie and leg muscles we didn’t know we had! Her positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help others achieve their goals is part of what sets her apart from the rest. She leads by example and inspires me to do my best too.

Vicki is of the best of the best! She is amazing! I hired her to be my personal trainer a little over a month ago- and I have already lost almost 10 lbs, and I have lost 4% body fat since working with her!

Vicki is extremely kind, hard working, motivational, and she believes in her clients and wants them to succeed. She listens to your different needs (knee issues, shoulder issues, etc.) and will find exercises that are still tough- but it won't hurt the injured area.

She has even written me out personalized plans that I can continue to work out to maximize my results! So I can just go to the gym look what she has planned and do the workout! If I have any questions, I can text or call her and she'll re explain it to me. Another great thing is she changes the plans monthly to have muscle it's always something new and fun!

I trust her 100% with helping me lift, or recommending me something to try. She walks the walk, as well as talks the talk. She has put in the work in her training, she has been on the diet. Trust her! She won't steer you wrong!

She is very knowledgeable about the fitness world...and has literally done it all; iron mans, half and full marathons, crossfit, bodybuilding, etc. So she knows what it takes to meet your goals!

With all of that said, I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone (and I already have). She becomes a friend, a therapist, your biggest fan, and a great motivator. Everyday is tough- but she makes it fun!

I started training with Vicki about a week ago, and I saw changes in my body and my self-esteem from the first day. I have worked out on my own for a couple years now, but Vicki has made the training challenging, exciting, and personal. She pushes me to my limits and is motivating me and cheering me on every step of the way. Her fitness knowledge is evident in every aspect of the regiment I have been completing, and I feel sore but determined every day because of Vicki. I know that with her guidance, encouragement, and friendship she will reach my fitness goals.
