Joining Trisha's Bootcamp was one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. The first thing she whipped into shape was my attitude! From day one she was full of encouragement and pushed me to think of myself as an "athlete" rather than uncoordinated, non-athletic and completely out of shape. Trisha showed me how to do exercises so that I would not hurt myself and how to modify for my current fitness level. 4 months later... I have muscles and enough energy to keep up with an hour-long boot camp! Trisha is a great motivator and an inspiring teacher. Her class is fun, and with continuously changing activities, it never gets boring. She fosters community amongst the bootcampers and we all look forward to 6:15 AM (well as much as you can at that hour.) Most of all, she genuinely cares about each person's health and well-being and is a really kind and compassionate person. Thank you Trisha for all of your help! -Lauren K.

Trisha is fantastic. I have taken classes for years and this by far is my favorite. She is energetic and motivating and I enjoy the class from start to finish. She is very helpful in finding alternative exercises for sore/lam muscles and joints. I am amazed how much stronger I have become

I have taken many classes and I can honestly say Trisha's class is by far the best workout I have ever had. She changes it up every single class and always makes it fun and interesting. I highly recommend her. She will work with you no matter what level you start at.

Trisha is a great teacher, she is full of energy and brings that energy to every one of her classes. At first i was very skiddish of joining because i am so out of shape, but Trisha makes everyone feel confortable on what their skill level is and always makes me strive for more.You leave her class feeling energized and ready for the day.
