I am so happy I started working out with Tricia. As a busy professional with a young child, I have a hard time getting to the gym on a regular basis. Tricia showed me varied routines that I can do at home. She has helped me increase my strength and flexibility dramatically. Thanks Tricia!

Lori M. is a perfect example of how a client's dedication to the program between sessions can make a world of difference. It's not just a series of sessions... it's a lifestyle!

Your circuit workouts have taught me a thing or two as well....using the tools, facilities, and environment around you for a challenging self-directed workout!
