My life work has and always will be in the health and wellness field. I am very passionate about the health of my community. I am with you every step of the way making sure your workout is appropriate to your level of fitness as well as safe and effective. My favorite part of training my clients is seeing the excitement they feel as they reach their goals. To get started, I like to know a little about you and what you want to work on. Together we join forces to make it happen and boy does it feel good. We will push, pull, press and lift your body into a new you. A lot of times, I hear from my clients, " I can't do that". They are amazed when they see they can and that is what happens when we train together. We will gradually progress the workouts to get you stronger, happier, and healthy in no time. :)

Outside of the gym, I love being outdoors, having creative outlets, cooking/experimenting with food, and most importantly spending time with my family.

    I first began training with Tracey about 18 months ago while getting ready for full knee replacement surgery. Since then, she has helped me increase my mobility, as well as flexibility and strength gain. She has helped me lose weight and drop my blood sugar. Her suggestions on food choices are great. She has a great personality while at the same time she doesn't let you skate by. I am going on a week long hiking trip to National Glacier Park, I feel like I owe Tracey a lot to be able to take this trip. She is quite a gal and I am pleased to be able to say that if you are looking for a trainer, Tracey is someone you should seriously consider.

    Tracey has helped me to change my overall health. Through her training and nutritional guidance, I lost 20 pounds working with her. She has taught me the importance of eating healthy, REAL food and that overall diet changes (not fads) can easily be accomplished if you set your mind to it. Tracey has truly changed my life and I will be forever grateful!

    Tracey has been such a motivator. I don't feel like I am "working out" when we are training. Each session there are new exercises so I never get bored. She has great nutrition tips too!

    Tracy has been awesome; I lost 30 pounds in 5 months training with Tracy. I have worked out at the gym since I was in college, my balance and strength is 10 times better since working with Tracy. Definitely 5 stars
