I hold a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and a women’s fitness specialist. I am currently in my second year working towards a certification as a Restorative Exercise Specialist.

I not only want my clients to feel good, but I want them to be knowledgeable about good health and fitness practices.

    I have been training with Tonya for several years and I wouldn't change for the world. She is a true professional and a great motivator and has been instrumental in helping me to prepare for many active trips such as backpacking in the Sierra Nevada, Zion, Grand Canyon, French/Italian and Swiss Alps. I couldn't have done it without her help and guidance. Way to go Tonya!

    Tonya created a HIIT training program for my boys' volleyball team to use in the off season. Over the six week period, my athletes trained four days a week using her program and I saw a massive transformation. I cannot control what they eat, but I can participate in how they train. Most of the boys lost between 5-15 pounds and are able to play long periods of time without becoming exhausted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to get in shape and to other coaches who want their athletes to compete at their top performance level.

    Tonya is a fantastic trainer. I worked with her for about a year from mid-2013 to mid-2014 (I've since moved out of the area), and she did an amazing job of getting me into shape! She will work with clients to ensure maximum benefit during training sessions, and her schedule is very flexible. I miss working out with Tonya and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a fitness trainer in the South Bay!
