Tony Swain

Tony Swain is the Director of Training and Education at Power Plate North America, and has been working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years. Prior to his arrival at Power Plate, Tony was the Director of Fitness at the East Bank Club in Chicago, IL. Tony started and managed the Power Plate program at the club, where it garnished success not only in revenue but also in member participation. Tony has a BS degree in Physical Education from Millikin University and a MS degree in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Illinois University.
