I’m not your typical personal trainer or fitness professional. I don't typically work with bodybuilders, powerlifters, or competitive athletes. I work with busy professionals who live a mostly sedentary lifestyle. I care about helping real people get real results that will allow them to live a happier, healthier life. For me, fitness is about developing better habits and perfecting the process (PTP). It’s an ongoing approach to improve not only physically, but mentally. Fitness is a lifestyle.
