Having experienced multiple surgeries (15 total in my lifetime). It lead me to begin working in the physical therapy field and studying health, exercise, osteopathy, and rehabilitation techniques. While in school I became a certified yoga teacher and therapist. In 2005 and 2006 I was involved in motor vehicle collisions (neither of which were my fault). In 2007 and again in 2009 rotator cuff surgery became necessary on my right shoulder. The following year, 2010 was eventful; I completed my Bachelor of Science degree and had a hysterectomy, and three additional rotator cuff surgeries, including a biceps tenodesis and a bone tissue transplant. I have since fully recovered and continue providing therapeutic health and wellness services to clients, dedicating my career to promoting health and well-being.

There are too many good things about miss TJ to list. I have had the pleasure of seeing her for about a year now doing yoga classes. She is knowledgeable, fun, and understanding. She's also done a little body work for me, and it worked like a charm. All in all, she's wonderful!
