Tina's classes are a good combination of weights (strength-training) and aerobics. The routines are well-balanced and demanding without being punishing. I really enjoy our bike sessions to finish up the workout. I highly recommend Tina to anyone considering a personal trainer.

I think sometimes water exercise is made goofy and patronizing, as though only for "old ladies." I usually don't participate for that reason. I really like Tina's classes because she focuses on working all body parts and gives a thorough all over workout. I love being in the water, and I enjoy deep water running. I will definitely continue taking Tina's Aqua Fit, and looking forward to her other classes.

Yes, trying to reduce post workout muscle soreness. Thanks Tina. I appreciate your patience as I work on improving flexibility and posture (go easy on those yoga moves;). Looking forward to calisthenics and plyometrics next session. Call me. Your voicemail box is FULL.

Very professional, talented personal trainer with sound knowledge and understanding of exercise safety. Tina was introduced to me by one of my colleagues a few months ago. She's been a lifesaver. She's my personal trainer and a mentor in life. Her patience and understanding has really rubbed off teaching me to become more patient with myself. I joke around a lot telling her in the process of regaining function and strengthening my rotator cuff muscles, I've also developed more strength, mentally. Tina has been diligent in monitoring my progress towards my goals. She makes no promises but rather motivating me to work hard and continuing to push me to achieve new levels of positive physical and mental change.

I did one of Tina's Aqua classes and I was impressed with her talent and desire to ensure we were having fun and exercising within our limits. I am pregnant and Tina was able to create movements that were suitable for my condition. I would recommend anyone to Tina and I believe she will take your fitness serious and ensure you accomplish your goals.
