08 April 12. My co-worker recommended Tina as a personal training after I returned to work 20 pounds heavier, zero muscle tone and no strenght from an injury. I've been training with Tina for over two months now. All I can express is WOW! By training with her and following her recommendations, I have lost several inches, my muscles are more tone, and I have dropped two dress sizes. Tina is an exceptional trainer and person. I would highly recommend her for those that want to make a serious committment to their health and physical well being. Tina is not one of those fitness experts who just puts you through the motions. She has designed a fitness plan that works for me and she sincerely cares about my well being. Not to mention, she has a wonderful sense of humor and personality which makes training alot more fun. I and my brand new Leopard print bikini, salute you. :-) Roz
