    I just completed a 3 month training program with Thomas. I initially started going to him after developing significant back pain while playing competitive ultimate frisbee. He was immediately able to identify the problem, seeing that some of my muscles were overworking while others were underworking leading to an imbalance and putting me at high risk for injury, which I had already experienced. After about 2 weeks of following his guidance for stretches and exercises, the pain was completely gone and has not returned since. The rest of the program we worked on specific muscle groups to even out my strength and prevent further injuries in the future. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a trainer. Whether it be for an injury or just to get in better shape, Thomas is your guy.

    I couldn't have found a better person and personal trainer, than I did with Thomas. I am a marathon runner. My "game" was off, and my back was hurting... a lot! My IT had been straining to complete my long runs. And then I found Thomas. After my first consultation, I knew he was the one to go with. In just 16 weeks I have gotten my mind and body back in sync, I am not leaner, faster and pain free. He knows how to encourage you to do just a little bit better, and cheer you on to help you stay there! I would strongly recommend the expertise of Thomas. He is exceptionally professional.     I woke up one morning with some back pain that had been building for the past several years. It had severely affected mobility a few month before, but had normalized, relatively. I woke up this particular morning and it was super stiff, and there was shooting pain in the lower back. I tried to work it out, and stretch it out, but just made it worse. It was excruciating. Driving hurt, everything hurt to do.

    The next day I saw Thomas and he showed me how to proper stretch out the tension in my muscles, and I had immediate improvement. I would highly recommend Thomas for any and all levels of athletes, especially those who take themselves seriously and love their sport. He will help you out.

    Thomas is awesome! He keeps you motivated and focused. Thomas is top notch when it comes to knowing about your foods and what is best for your body. Any time I have a question about something im eating in my diet plan, he always has the answer. During our workouts when the fat girl inside of me wants to quit, Thomas will coach me thru it so that I dont give up. He thoroughly explains each move we are doing, why we are doing it and what parts of the body it focuses on. My strenghth & endurance is up and my weight is going down, which is exactly what I wanted. Thomas always has great stories to tell throughout our sessions. If you are looking for someone to whip you into shape, Thomas is the guy to do it.

    I have been training with Thomas for a few months now and I have to say I enjoy every min of our workouts. The way he explains each exercise and the impact it has on your body is wonderful. His knowledge of nutrition is beyond compare. Not only will he keep your heart rate going throughout the workout but he will keep you laughing as well. Thomas really knows how to keep you on track. Your goals are his goals and he will strive to do whatever it takes to help you reach them.
