    In starting this review, I tried to remember how long I have been training with Thomas, and amazingly it has been over 5 months! As someone who hasn't had a proper commitment to a gym or exercise after playing high school sports a decade ago, it is astounding how the time has flown by.

    With Thomas' unlimited training, I have gone at least 3-4 days a week for ~20 weeks. If you're spending that much time with someone, they better be two things:
    1) Great at their job
    2) Fun to be around

    Thomas is both of those (and then some). He keeps workouts varied, challenging, and interesting. He is also a very affable person who is always interested in your well-being and in how things are going in your life. You find yourself holding conversation with him and then remember (or are gently reminded) that you have kettle-bell squats waiting for you. I've had great results in both adding and reshaping muscle, losing weight in problem areas, and generally just feeling healthier and more energetic.

    I couldn't recommend a personal trainer--or any person for their respective job--higher!

    I began looking for a nutritionist in early October, and came across Thomas from a simple Google search. I was athletic through college, but had really let myself go over the past few years. Thomas has completely changed my outlook on fitness and living a healthy lifestyle over the past few months, and I would recommend him to anyone-regardless of starting point or end goal. Thomas will customize a workout plan that is going to do two things-1) Make you enjoy your time in the gym with him and 2) Get you results. Thomas' mix of exercises (boxing, TRX, etc.) is a breath of fresh air and I'm constantly seeing changes in my appearance. Since I started 3 months ago, my body fat % has gone down, I've lost inches everywhere, and had to buy an entire new wardrobe because none of my old clothes fit anymore. Long story short, if you want to get into the best shape of your life and have fun doing it, get in contact with Thomas today.

    Thomas is an amazing trainer from the moment I contacted him to try out this personal trainer thing he has always been an awesome support he will work with you at your own pace but at the same time will challenge and motivate you to always do your best besides the fact that he always has good tips for you when you ask him he will always have an answer or will try to respond to the best of his ability he even takes the time to send out articles via email to always be up to date with health facts I have only been working about a month and a half with him and people say they already see changes in me so that is good I completely trust Thomas in every aspect he is very professional and you will always see him in a good mood I know that this new coming year will be of a lot of positive changes thanks to Thomas and his help I definitely recommend him so if your looking to change your lifestyle and start the year off right he is the guy your looking for

    I've been training with Thomas for only one month and already I'm reaching my goals. I had knee pain and he helped me train the muscles around it to be stronger and now the pain is gone. He also helped me lose weight that I thought was impossible to lose. I feel very blessed to have met him and I hope to train with him more in the future.

    Thomas is an excellent trainer and it was very evident from the get go that he is very passionate about what he does. I had initially contacted Thomas concerning my chronic knee problems and my desire to go back to high intensity, aggressive activities after my latest ACL reconstruction. From the moment I first contacted him, he showed he was very professional, open, compassionate and experienced.
    I was very impressed during some of our first interactions, how thorough he was in trying to gather as much background information and history as possible concerning the issues I had sought him for. This included past physical therapy visits, evaluations and exercises and relevant medical records.
    He is very accessible and doesn’t mind when I would go to him outside of appointment time and will try to give the time necessary to help you with what you need and never makes you feel rushed or like you are bugging him. The same goes for texting; he would thoroughly and quickly answer his texts. Thomas tries to make himself available, is very willing to work with you and your schedule and will move things around if need be to find a training schedule that works for you.

    Thomas is very straight forward in a kind way and his training sessions are always very positive, challenging and fun. He is very good at encouraging, pushing and progressively challenging when needed in a careful, safe way but will also advise to back off and be patient when I’m not quite ready to safely do something while simultaneously encouraging that I will eventually be able to do that activity when my body is ready. Thomas is very thorough he is consistently assessing and guiding progress as well as form from all angles during training sessions. He will make sure you understand how to and are fully capable of correctly performing an exercise unassisted, on your own before assigning it. He will check up on me if I don’t inform him how my body is doing after a newly intense training session also if I get very sore or if a body part gets injured or decides to act up and keep tabs on the progress.
    Thomas is a very good an knowledgeable resource, I often use him as a resource to check if my body is ready to safely do or start easing into an activity I want to do (like running or grappling) or if I need to be patient and wait a little longer and if I have questions about training, exercises, fitness, nutrition, etc.. He is open to questions at any time and will thoroughly explain his answers to make sure you understand.

    It is quite evident that Thomas is the most interested in helping you to have a healthy body and to reach your fitness goals. He tries to make training as affordable as possible; when he worked at 24 hour fitness, he would inform me of gym training package deals when they occur and tries to find ways to make the training package as affordable as possible.
    His approach to training is very holistic and, although we focus on the knees as the main issue, he also helps to fix other imbalances or deficiencies that he or I might find through training. Thomas works to improve the entire body as a whole, he advises on many elements that affect the body including diet and nutrition, among other things, to help make sure the body is getting the right amount and type of nutrients and energy it needs for it to be able to do what it needs to and give you the results you want.
    In the 12 months or so that I have actively trained with Thomas, I and several people around me have seen great improvement and positive changes. Meeting Thomas has definitely been a life changing experience.
