    I was looking for a way to build a fitness routine that would become an integral part of my life. I had tried a gym and didn't like it, tried various fitness classes, DVD's, Youtube videos. I'd gotten good, basic exercises from physical therapists. But none of it stuck and I couldn't find the right combination of individual attention and real knowledge. I found Theresa via an online network of fitness professionals and called to ask her whether she might be able to help me. I was impressed that she wanted to meet first to make sure we were the right fit to work together.

    I found Theresa to have excellent intuition and instincts, patience and a genuinely positive approach to fitness. She developed a routine for me, but was entirely open to the kind of movement I wanted to explore and our discussions plus her extensive knowledge of different disciplines and techniques helped her to put together a program that would not only help me get more healthy but which I could enjoy.

    Theresa was also open to various approaches to our sessions. When I wanted to build a habit of daily walks, she showed me warmup and cool-down stretches and gave me advice on good aerobic walking technique. She is very conscientious and sends me supporting material, encouraging e-mails and sensible, compassionate advice. I also like her holistic attitude regarding healthy living -- she supports a balance of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being which helps to create a very inspiring and happy working atmosphere.

    No matter what level of fitness or type of training you seek, I can tell you that Theresa will do all she can to tailor her skills and gifts to support you in your goals.

    I have been training with Theresa as my personal trainer for a year now. My husband hired her for a birthday present for me last year and I just kept her. Theresa is a dedicated professional who knows how to get results in a positive way. She pushes me to achieve my best conditioning but is always mindful of safety and will work around any temporary limitations that I might have. She also sends me workout routines and suggestions for nutrition and weight control. I would give Theresa 5 stars as a personal trainer! Sue Harris

    Theresa is easily one of the most phenomenal trainers I've ever worked with. She is talented, patient, unforgiving and calming at the same time. Myself and my best friend took conditioning classes with her every Sunday morning for almost a year - and I miss it dearly since she moved!

    I come with a lot of physical limitations due to most of my life being spent absolutely devoid of physical activity and from a rather severe knee issue that resulted in a series of surgeries. Not only was she amazingly patient with someone who's innate ability was less than some other clients, but she was perceptive enough to see when my limitations were mental, not physical, and push me past them.

    I cannot rate her high enough. I always trusted in the fact that Theresa had my absolute best interests and well being in mind.
