I hate working out! I am not self-motivated! Trish has made me not loathe working ouT! Our sessions go by so quickly and she is filled with great tips and humor. Trish always listens to me and works with my ailments of the day. Best trainer ever!

The beginning of the year, I knew I needed to workout, but I lacked motivation, was a little intimidated to walk into a gym because I was out of shape and not sure what to do. Tuneup with Trish was the jumpstart I needed to start taking care of myself.
I loved the convenience and privacy of working out at home. The workouts are challenging, and she mixes things up so you don't get bored. I now do them on my own at home or the gym.
I started with the 30-day tuneup. The meal plans are easy, real and food your kids will eat so you're not cooking separate meals.
Trish is the best. She meets you where you are (literally coming to your house AND where your mindset and fitness level are) and motivates you to push past your comfort zone. She doesn't give up on you when you want to give up on yourself.
Since starting with Trish, I was the biggest loser in a weight loss contest, and I am continuing to workout and make healthier eating choices.
