Tewana Johnson

I am currently talking some classes for Nursing School at University of Mississippi Medical Center.I also work in Surgery at a local hospital in the metro Jackson area in Mississippi. I have been working in healthcare, health and wellness field since 2000. I’ve been helping clients change their bodies through exercise, nutrition, weight management education and teaching other to make small changes in their life.

One of my personal goals is to grow and achieves success in helping Mississippians stay healthy. I am passionate about helping people live longer and healthier lives.

I am a sub-Group Fitness Instructor at a local YMCA in Jackson, MS. As a fitness professional I like working with post-rehabilitation, seniors, special population and cardiac rehabilitation. In addition to my work experience. I have a diverse background in rehabilitation and other areas of health and fitness.
