I have been working in the fitness industry since 2005 as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. For the past 9 years I have also been the fitness director at a gym in my area. I love working with all ages and have also created a 12 week program called "Master That Class "Group exercise for Beginners. You can find my program on Facebook. The program is designed to build confidence in those individuals with a desire to take group exercise classes but feel they need to learn the basic moves in different modalities before stepping into the classroom.
