I am a graduate of La Salle University, National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and Certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I established my in home training business in 2003. In addition to personal training, I partnered with Laurie Waskovich, MS, RD LDN in 2017 to create The Well Nutrition Plan. This plan is an individualized nutrition plan to help clients not only lose weight, but possibly help improve health issues caused by inflammation and disease. The plan involves real food with no meal replacements or crazy shakes. I do not believe in gimmicks or fad diets and it is my goal to maintain a safe workout environment while providing innovative and proven techniques of diet and exercise to accomplish positive results.

    For the first time I feel like I am truly making progress with a fitness program. Terri creates workouts that are not only customized to my needs but are actually fun (something I never thought I'd say about exercise). Each session is unique and challenging and educational. In less than two months I have gotten stronger, more flexible, and more confident that I can achieve my fitness goals. I can't recommend her highly enough.

    I came to Terri's link when I wanted to find a personal trainer to get in shape for my wedding. I have been working out with Terri for 9 months and I have never met someone that motivates me as much as her. Terri is very good at really targeting your needs and getting you in to shape. She is very outgoing and has taught me to really enjoy working out and the benefits of being in shape and healthy. I look forward to meeting with Terri on a weekly basis! She is an excellent trainer and has become a good friend.

    I was unsure if I could actually start a strength training program at the age of 56. I found Terri's website and sent her an email. I had a timely response and we were able to set up a consultation. I explained some of my issues (impinged shoulder, neck spurs, arthritis, degenerative disc disease,etc) Terri not only designed an ever changing strength program to challenge me on a weekly basis but also a program that has also helped eliminate many of the age old aches and pains. I never thought that I would enjoy sweating so much but I look forward to my workouts with Terri. She has a great personality and keeps the program reinforcement very positive. Five stars all the way!

    I lack any self-discipline for exercise. In my 50's and overweight, I finally accepted that a personal trainer was going to be the only way I was going to get back in shape. I work out with Terri just once a week, but after a year, it has made a significant difference. I've lost over 20 pounds and I'm in much better shape. She really tailors her workouts to what I can do (my back sometimes acts up). The workouts are never boring and the level of exercise continues to move up as I get stronger. Her approach is consistently supportive and encouraging. It works.
