    Our training sessions with Jay are awesome. Our group of ladies are like family! Jay some how keeps us focused to give us a great workout every session. He will challenge each of us to push through things we think we can't do and encourage us as we become more confident in ourselves.

    Walking into Freedom Fitness over two years ago I found an establishment that is well run, organized, friendly and concerned with its members health. Jay offers you an opportunity to take your workouts to the next level. Women tend to focus on the scale. (That is the most useless tool ever created!) Jay helps you realize that the way to improve your health is a combination of strength training, cardio and diet.     I have been training with Jay for almost six months now and I couldn't be more satisfied. His strength training class for women range widely in age and fitness and is clear from the number of "regulars" they remain loyal and satisfied. Jay keeps you very motivated and always wanting to come back for more.
