Teri was my personal trainer and helped me to lose inches and gain strength. She developed a program for me that made me enjoy coming to the gym and was easy to follow on the days I didn't work with her. I also enjoyed taking her spin class. She plays great music and makes the ride fun.

I am a 60 year old woman who has lost 90 pounds over the past year. I have had 5 back surgeries and cannot do most of the basis gym exercises. I signed up for strength training in the pool with Teri. It wasn't long (maybe 2 weeks), that I notice a real difference. I was firming up and getting so much stronger. All without hurting my back. I also watched Teri train other people. One that sticks in my mind is a little girl with severe MS. I watched Teri help this little girl go from taking 4 or 5 steps in a row to getting up to around 50 steps. All due to her dedication. I also watch a elderly man transform for barely being ably to maneuver the steps into the pool, to being able to do the exercises without hanging on to the side of the pool. I've seen her help and encourage other people who have had a fear of the water actually become swimmers. She is a kind and caring, no nonsense trainer. She knows exactly what she can get out of you.....and she does. Unfortunately, I've had a few medical set backs in the past couple months and will undergo surgery at the end of February. I can't wait to get the doctors clearance to go back. Teri makes sure each exercise is designed for each specific persons needs. I've seen the results. I will be back, and I just can't wait.

    Love you Teri,

I am 29 years old & I had trouble learning how to swim all my life. I took swim classes but it never took. I made it my New Year resolution in 2012 that I was going to learn how to swim somehow! I signed up with Teri and she helped me overcome my mental block and I learned how to swim!! I was getting in shape from the swim classes with Teri. Lost a lot if my baby weight! Teri is thorough, knowledgable & she just seems to know the exact thing to say/do to help her clients. She's such a wonderful hard working trainer. I have been recommending her to my friends since.

    Thanks Teri!
