I love teaching Zumba classes and getting everyone motivated. The reason is simple: You meet new people, listen to great music, and tone your body while having fun! Furthermore, I enjoy working with a diverse group of people to promote exercise, healthy eating, and safety. These lifestyle essentials are paramount to all of us if we are to identify and remedy conditions that may limit our routine physical movements, and/or hinder our overall quality of life. Aqua Zumba inspires me to create a fun, enjoyable, and positive atmosphere that promotes safety and satisfaction in accordance with Aquatics policies and procedures. Come join the class and you will see what I mean! You are not required to know how to dance or swim for Zumba or Aqua Zumba, just join in and move your body by following my lead. It's just that easy. Trust me, I guarantee you will have a blast!
