Taryn Mast

After spending much of the past few years traveling the world and meeting new people from all walks of life, I came to realize my love for people and drive to help them become who they were created to be. While I hold a B.S. in Business Marketing, an EZIA ESP Certification, a personal coaching certification with ISSA, and a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach certification with USA Weightlifting, I know that this is only the beginning of it all and am constantly continuing my education to become the best coach for my clients. Much of my youth was spent on the tennis courts enjoying the california sun and competition, while more recently I have become a fan of Golf as well. I am quiet and calm, but bold at the same time…I will push you towards greatness without a doubt. My passion in life is to help others operate at their highest potential physically so they can produce greatness in all other areas of life. A personal quote of mine for clients is, “I have plans for you to prosper, not to discourage you…Plans for a hope and a future…the journey will produce trying endurance, but the only requirement is passion and the rest will be sure to follow.” Simply put, I will encourage you to actually “live” this life you have been given.
