My journey with fitness began over 10 years ago as I reached over 200lbs. Fitness changed my life and has made me a better person, and that's why I became a trainer. I want to help people achieve goals and to feel better. I have lost over 90lbs and I know it's not an easy task.     I have to say I've always been an avid fitness fan most of my life. Unfortunately life can sometimes get in the way of the best habits and best laid plans. I needed a push and someone to make me fall in love with my passion for fitness and zest for life all over again and Tanya made that happen for me. Thanks to Tanya I looked forward to working out and getting to the gym because not only did I know it was going to work but I knew I'd have fun as well. Tanya was behind me 100% as I made it to the next level and competed in one of the biggest bodybuilding competitions in the state and did better than I ever thought I would. She's not only my trainer now she's my life coach (even when I don't listen haha) and also one of my very best friends.

    Best trainer ever! She's motivating and personable. She takes your personal goals and gives you the tools you need to achieve them. She also makes it fun and different every session. On top of working out, she also helps with nutrition and motivates you to focus on your eating habits which has been my personal battle. Thank you for all you do Tanya!
