After a lifetime of being overweight and spending all of my adult life obese, I lost over 100 pounds and became healthy and fit. I am dedicated to working with a wide range of clients with various fitness goals. Through my own journey to health and fitness, I have become passionate about what I believe is an essential combination of nutrition, mental well-being and proper forms of exercise that are both safe and most effective for an individual's needs in attaining one's goals. For this reason, I have also become a certified Health Coach in order to offer behavior modification assistance along with more in-depth dietary guidelines than a Personal Trainer is able to provide.
