Smart, beautiful (inside and out), funny, punctual, dedicated, persistent, and loyal.....are just a few descriptive words about Tara. I have worked with her for the last few years and now consider her more than my "trainer".....she is now a close friend and confidante. Not only can she help you lose weight, feel great about yourself and establish new habits, but she can also listen to you, provide solutions, motivate you and make you feel like you are perfect the way you are! I love this woman in every way and I recommend her to everyone needing a fitness boost, a close friend, or an effective motivator. She has literally changed my life!

I have worked with Tara for 3+ years. I started because I wanted to tone my body. Little did I realize in addition to losing inches I would boost my mental state as well. Tara is professional, an excellent motivator, punctual, and creative.

As an out-of-shape mom, I was looking for someone to help me get fit/healthy without overdoing it too soon and injuring myself. Tara is terrific at designing workouts for all fitness levels and for monitoring form to prevent injury. But just as important to me, she is fun and motivating while you're working out. She has helped me to increase my strength, endurance and flexibility. Recently, I've been able to hike with my husband and boys and ride bikes with them for several miles. That's a huge change for this former couch-potato! With Tara's guidance and encouragement, I am able to spend more time being active with my boys, helping them to be fit, and being a better mom too.

About 2 1/2 years ago, little did I know that Tara would have changed my life! Her endurance, patience and friendship has helped me to achieve my goals of learning to eat better, be more limber, and to raise my stamina! We have developed a great circle of friends where we can have her personal training in the comfort of our own homes. Thank you, Tara. You are the best! ;-)

About 2 1/2 years ago, I felt like gravity was taking over and the old body just couldn't do what it could in earlier years. Tara turned things around! We put together a great group of friends have took the oportunity and privledge to have Tara's training in our homes. Between learning to be more conscience of my eating habits, working out twice a week and achieving my goals, Tara has changed my life! She has been able to push us (gently) as a trainer and become a good friend!~ Thank you, Tara! You're the best! Anne West Butler
