    Four years ago I started taking Susan's strength training classes. As a former competitive athlete, I recognized immediately that Susan not only knew her stuff, she knew how to make it easier or harder for each person in the room - not an easy thing to do in a 20-person fitness class. Soon after, I started training one-on-one with Susan. Various life events had led to an unhealthy weight gain, and Susan helped me not only drop 30 pounds, she trained me for my first triathlon! Now I am hooked! Susan is currently helping me recover from knee surgery and get ready for my fourth triathlon.
    I cannot say enough about Susan, both as a trainer and a person. She is now my family's guru. As a long-time resident and business woman of the area, she knows everyone!! Her expertise has not only helped me stay on track, it has gotten my husband and me hooked on cycling vacations and my kids into college!!
    She is hands down THE BEST trainer you will find in the northern NJ suburbs and can give top NYC trainers a run for their money. She is always eager to share the latest news and knowledge from all the fitness conferences she attends and has connected me with the best massage therapist in the area. The depth of her nutrition background is also crucial - as she says: "you cannot out-train a poor diet"! THE BEST

    I agree with the rest of the reviews-- Susan is awesome. She has great communication skills and does a phenomenal job in matching the program to the client's skills.

    I have been training with Susan for many years. She is committed to fitness and to educating others about fitness. She motivates her clients with her energetic enthusiasm. I wouldn't be in the best shape of my life at 46 if it weren't for Susan. She is one of the best!!

    I have been going to Susan's club strengthening classes and her spin classes for over two years now! She is the one instructor that always has her classes in such high demand that we need to make sure to sign up in advance or we will not be able to attend and locked out due to her popularity. Its like going to the best concert in town and sleeping overnight in line to make sure you are fortunate enough to experience it. Not only is she detailed, caring, thorough and knowledgeable in what she does, (regardless of weight training, abdominal strengthening, or spin instruction),she attacks each class with the energy and enthusiasm as if it were her first time introducing them and makes the excitement contagious. She has the BEST personality and her classes are so much fun; you don't think you are doing exercise. If cloning were possible, she would be the example to duplicate time and again. Her classes are great fun, and the energy she brings is without a doubt the best!She has a great following to all of the clubs she teaches at.     After meeting Susan on the soccer field it became clear that she was the perfect person to to help me change my lifestyle, begin losing weight and get in shape.
    She encouraged food journaling and 240 minutes of exercise a week. After only one year together I lost 25 lbs. and have maintained that loss, developed an integrated exercise plan that includes Susan's enthusiasm, training and guidance once a week.
    My 2014 goal is another 15lbs.
