Susan has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 30 years. As a certified personal trainer, wellness coach, ACSM "Exercise is Medicine" provider, group fitness instructor and weight management consultant, she willingly shares her knowledge and passion for fitness with anyone who is willing to accept it. Susan's goal is to empower her clients toward success with motivation, encouragement and support.

Prior to establishing Iverson Fitness and Wellness, LLC, Susan worked with government, corporate and private entities. She spends a great deal of time keeping up with current trends, the latest scientific research, positions and statements in the industry as it is today. Her mission is to inspire others to stay fit with exercise and healthy eating, to take pride in their accomplishments, to never give up and to never take health, happiness and the ability to move for granted.
