    I had always "worked out" but never really saw results. I would lose weight then gain it back. I was always on "Diet".
    I was introduced to Susan when she voluntered to help with a Weight loss challange program in my town. I could not believe the results.
    I lost 20 lbs 2 years ago and have kept it off.
    Susan taught me to eat "Real" food instead of processed foods which stops the yo yo dieting. Her workouts are always different in using all the muscles in your body and never boring! She uses the outside elements to keep the workouts challenging and fun. I get bored really easily and I have to say she is still finding different ways to challenge me. She even had me rock climbing. Not only is Susan well educated in nutrition and exercise, she understands how the body reacts to stresses in our life. She taught me how to focus on balance and how to handle the stress in a more positive and healthy way. If you are truly looking to change your life in all aspects, Susan is the one for you!~

    Susan has been a good friend to me through a lot times in my life. I have turned to her for personal and her professional advice and expertise many times. She is excellent with setting up very realistic goals. Time is never an issue with these goals. Susan accepts non-compliance very well. She can push (nicely but firmly) a person to limits that I didn't know I could reach. She makes exercising sessions very new and interesting for each class. Her coaching skills are an added positive strength. I wish I could use all her skills everyday. The best. Janet

    I’ve been training with Susan for several years and she is an essential part of my health and fitness routine. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and built up my aerobic endurance training with her. She makes my workouts fun and challenging, and she varies our training sessions so I’m not bored. Her personality is easy-going, but she is serious about her work as a trainer.

    Susan has an endless supply of support and encouragement, which gets me through those moments when I feel less motivated. She has designed nutrition plans and targeted realistic weight loss goals for me. She is always respectful of my own goals while encouraging me to improve my fitness level. She is an excellent trainer!
