Strength training combined with good nutrition and accountability is a great way for baby boomers to jump start their metabolisms. I found this out myself after I lost over 10% body fat after age 50. I want to help others to love it and see the results. I also think it is very important to add balance and core strength, so my sessions include all these elements, plus great music and fun!
