I started working with Susan about a year ago and it was life changing. I enjoy every minute of her workouts and her encouragement is through the roof. Her place is very clean and Susan is very friendly. She always brings in new and updated supplies to help with the workouts. She is always there on time and always come to class with a smile on her face which brings great joy to every workout. Susan also helps with nutritious and always comes in with great ideas to live a healthy lifestyle. Susan overall is a great trainer and I love being in her classes.

I have been working out with Sue for many years. Too many to remember. I enjoy her classes and find her creative and serious about her training. Now that the world has been turned upside down I look forward to her zoom classes so much. They ground me into a routine. I feel so good after my workout time with her.
I would also like to say that Sue also worked for several years with my late mother, who was well into her late eighties. She got her moving and I believe she added to her longevity. I know my mom loved when Sue came to work with her.
    She is a treasure!

Susan is a gem! Her workouts are custom-tailored to the specific needs of myself and my wife. She transitioned us to Zoom due to the pandemic, and the sessions have been very successful. Susan plans ahead, varies the routine from week to week, and has helped us get the equipment we need to keep us in shape. She watches us carefully and makes sure that we are doing things correctly, and makes adjustments on the spot if needed for each of us. Each hour session goes by very quickly - a good sign. We both feel great, and look forward to the next one.

I have been working out with Susan for over a year now and am thrilled to have found her. I wanted a small class experience with someone who really understands how to work with “mature women.” She checks every single box. Knowledgeable, dedicated, professional, passionate, motivating and really focused on form. She cares deeply about her work and it shows. Her adaptability moving to
Zoom workouts with our new COVID constraint has been a gift. I take three classes a week and look forward to each of them.
Having a regular exercise routine and schedule has been critical for me during these trying times.
She has built a community of wonderful women and I am thrilled to be one of them.

I have been going to Susan for about 2 years now, +/-. I loved the classes she taught in her home gym, because they were small, individualized and well paced. She watches everyone closely and can help modify any exercise to accommodate injuries or issues. Now with COVID-19, I have been attending her zoom classes 2x a week on average, and I feel as though I'm in better shape than I've been for decades. The classes are varied, interesting, tailored to meet different levels of expertise/ability, and really fun! The hour goes by quickly and i'm ready to get on with my day.
