I've worked happily with Sue for almost 2 years. She has definitely made me into a stronger, more balanced and fit person. She's compassionate, interesting, incredibly prompt and well organized. I like her!

Fortunately I found her right after my husband was diagnosed with an incurable neurological disease. I was depressed and decided to add fitness rather than cookies to my routine. Sue sounded good from her reviews. I met her and we've been working every week since.

I appreciate her patience with me. I did not bring a "gung ho" attitude to the party. At first I did lose weight but as the stresses in my life have escalated my interest in watching my diet has waned and my nightly glasses of wine have stayed consistent. I shudder to think where I would be without Sue.

I walk 10,000+ steps per day. I work out once a week. I feel relatively emotionally stable and Sue has contributed greatly to this... She's a good listener too. I am a thankful and loyal client.

Working with Sue is a great addition of health to my life. I'm very grateful to her.

I am a 67 yr. old woman who has had the privilege of being encouraged by Sue for over a decade. Over the years, she has remained consistent and focused in her commitment to each individual in her class. She is observant, a good listener, and thorough in her decisive approach to helping trainees achieve quality of life through exercise. Her serious, professional approach is research-based and takes into consideration the whole person and the habits that contribute or detract from well-being. I feel extremely fortunate to have the privilege (and fun) of working with her regularly in a group, outdoor setting!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I am a 68 years old woman and I've been working with Sue for 15 years. She continues to be the best personal trainer ever - helping me be prepared and recover from surgeries and be in the best shape I could be in. She even gives suggestions for eating healthy and maintaining healthy habits. I look forward to seeing her twice a week and love that she helps me reach beyond what I think I can do. She also does a lot of balance work and work with the body that helps exercise the brain as well. She gets 5 stars and more in my estimation.

I met Sue when I started attending her Pinole Valley Bootcamp. I did five or six sessions, lost 30 pounds, and started to remember what it was like to push myself physically! I started to play tennis again after a 15 year lapse and decided I wanted Sue as a personal trainer. We have been working together ever since.

I love Sue's no nonsense but compassionate approach to training (and life). She doesn't let me off the hook and she pushes me BUT she always has my best interests in mind and makes sure I'm never doing something that will injure me.

In addition to the (wonderful) services she provides, she has numerous connections and contacts in the Bay Area to very well qualified professionals in related areas that provide related services.

I couldn't be more happy with a personal trainer. I look forward to each of our sessions and I feel great after working out with Sue.
