My name is Summer Goodwin. I am a happily married military spouse and mother of 2 amazing children. I was born & raised in Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Kinesiology/Fitness Management. I recently started my own Yoga & Personal Training business "Southern Strength Fitness & Personal Training". I am also a Beachbody Coach www.beachbodycoach.com/summergoodwin. When I am not training clients & spending time with my family I am an active member of the PTO and volunteer at my children's school.
