Sue is really good at leading the fitness classes I have done with her. She obviously knows a lot and has a lot of experience leading others through various forms of exercise. Best of all, she is able to do so in a very friendly, inclusive and relaxed way. There is never any ego involved. Thank you Sue. We miss you the last few weeks and look forward to tour return.

Sue is a wonderful class instructor! Her pilates classes and stretch & balance classes always leave me excited for the next one. She is encouraging and enthusiastic.

I absolutely love Sue's classes! I'm a runner and I have weak hips, but I get bored with regular gym workouts. Sue and her Pilates classes have me looking forward to the gym, and my running has improved. She provides modifications to work up to more difficult exercises, always has fun music playing, and she just has a great presence in the room. Even on rough days when I have to drag my feet to the gym, Sue helps me leave feeling better, stronger, and more relaxed!

Before i started going to Sue's classes, I had no motivation to go to the gym. I paid for gym membership and did not go. Several months ago i started going to Sue's Tabata classes, soon i started her Pilates class then Chi ball and a few more classes. Sue is a wonderful instructor. She made classes fun and has modifications for me due to an injury on my shoulder. I am happy to say i have lost 15lbs, one size, have more energy and have gained confidence in myself. Sue does that! Thanks Sue

I just did not ever think I was the "gym" type and certainly not the "workout in a class" type. However, I tried one of Sue's classes and now look forward to a mix of her tabata with spin, kickboxing, pilates and stretching classes. Why? She's encouraging, offers variety with exercises and music, laughs, offers modifications and keeps her students safe from potential injury. Sue makes anyone feel comfortable in her classes and is able to work with beginners and regular students effectively in the same class. She also solicits suggestions from us to fine tune the class with what we might want. And on top of all that, her classes are just plain, old FUN!
