    I've been training with Stephen James of Fitness Movement for about 3 months or more. He's very knowledgeable about how the body works during movement and without movement. His training is exactly what I need for my weight goal. I noticed I was losing inches more than pounds. But I learned that I was also gaining muscle mass with 3 times a week exercise routine of 1 each session. I grew stronger, lighter in weight, and gained endurance in my running pattern every session. He helped me improve my mindset and physique. Great guy, mentor, and trainer!

    Training with Stephen is like working out with a wizard. He just tells you what's happening with your fat and muscle then a few weeks later you see it! He's been my trainer for only 2 months but I'm shocked by the results i'm getting. I LOVE MOVEMENT FITNESS!
