Sharon Senner is living proof that wellness can be achieved despite age or circumstance, and she reminds us that professionals start at the beginning like the rest of us. Her fitness journey started the day she beat thyroid cancer in 2001, when her passion for a healthy future motivated her to get active and make some major life changes. After winning two weight loss contests and accomplishing her personal goals, she wanted to help others feel these same benefits of fitness she worked so hard for herself.
Today, she is a certified trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine), a Les Mills RPM/Spin and CXworx/Core instructor, a SilverSneakers certified instructor, and is NASM certified for instruction of older adults. Each year she continues to supplement her education, recently adding further specializations such as weight loss and behavioral change specialties with NASM.
Sharon is passionate about using her personal experience and professional knowledge to identify and accomplish your goals; and to get you going on a healthier, stronger, more mobile and active life.
Those who can't find time for exercise will have to make time for illness.

Sharon is an amazing trainer - positive, enthusiastic, and gives you the "how" and "why" of the routines she develops for you. She is my go-to trainer when I plateau and need to "tune-up" my workouts to keep getting results. I highly recommend Sharon!

Sharon is awesome! She really connects with her clients by listening to them, getting to know what works (& doesn't) for them, and then tailoring a program to fit them perfectly. Then she throws in her own blend of fun, upbeat, energy along with some hard core workouts that keep you motivated to be a healthier and more fit version of yourself.
